Here is a simple and affordable recipe for making raspberry jam without using the heat treatment of berries. Such a jam is prepared quickly from only two ingredients - actually raspberries and granulated sugar. The raspberry jam prepared in this way retains a maximum of useful substances.

The berries should be sorted out. If there are dirty ones, you can rinse them in water.

Pour raspberries into a blender bowl and grind until puree.

Next, the resulting berry mass should be rubbed through a sieve.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar to the resulting homogeneous raspberry mixture. After grinding raspberries, it became less than the volume of granulated sugar - this is as it should be, there is no need to reduce the amount of sugar. Thoroughly mix raspberries with granulated sugar. Alternatively, you can warm up the berry mass in a water bath so that the sugar dissolves faster. But, as practice shows, after a while, the sugar crystals will dissolve by themselves.

Put the finished jam into sterilized jars, close the lids and put in the refrigerator for storage. Raspberry jam is stored without cooking for a long time, it is only important to observe the temperature regime necessary for it (keep it cold).
