Here is a simple and affordable recipe for making raspberry jam without using the heat treatment of berries. Such a jam is prepared quickly from only two ingredients - actually raspberries and granulated sugar. The raspberry jam prepared in this way retains a maximum of useful substances.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar to the resulting homogeneous raspberry mixture. After grinding raspberries, it became less than the volume of granulated sugar - this is as it should be, there is no need to reduce the amount of sugar. Thoroughly mix raspberries with granulated sugar. Alternatively, you can warm up the berry mass in a water bath so that the sugar dissolves faster. But, as practice shows, after a while, the sugar crystals will dissolve by themselves.
