Raspberry jam with pectin

I recommend making raspberry jam with pectin, fragrant and bright in taste. The fragrant jam is somewhat reminiscent of grandma's jam, which she served for breakfast with thin pancakes. This taste of childhood cannot be compared to anything. Be sure to cook this wonderful treat.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the jam. Sort the raspberries carefully. Gently rinse the berries in water, put on a fine sieve and let the excess liquid drain.
step 2 out of 7
Place the prepared berries in a deep bowl. Use a hand blender to chop the berries until smooth. If you don't have a blender, use a potato grinder.
step 3 out of 7
Put the berry mass in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Combine pectin and the required amount of granulated sugar in a separate container. Stir and add to a saucepan.
step 4 out of 7
Then put the container with raspberries over low heat, pour in the required amount of drinking water, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. Cook the raspberry jam for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir.
step 5 out of 7
Prepare the jars and wash them thoroughly and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Jars and lids must be completely dry. Using a ladle, carefully pour the hot jam into sterile jars.
step 6 out of 7
Tighten jars of raspberry jam with sterile lids, turn upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket or a towel. Leave to cool completely in this position, then move the jam to a dark place for storage.
step 7 out of 7
Serve ready-made raspberry jam with aromatic tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Enjoy!
