Let's start with the preparation of the ingredients: rinse the fruit thoroughly and dry it with paper towels, measure out the required amount of granulated sugar and boiled water.
step 2 out of 10
We clean the ranetki from the skin and remove the core together with the bones, cut into small slices and transfer to a saucepan with a thick bottom and an enamel coating.
step 3 out of 10
Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the oranges without touching the white shell. We put the resulting zest aside, we will need it a little later.

Next, from citrus fruits, remove the white skin and randomly cut into small pieces, remove the seeds.
step 5 out of 10
Transfer the prepared oranges to the bowl for the apples.
step 6 out of 10
Fill the fruit with 1 kilogram of sugar and fill it with water.
step 7 out of 10
We send the container to the fire and cook over low heat, for 20-25 minutes until soft.
step 8 out of 10
We interrupt the softened fruits to a puree consistency using an immersion blender.
step 9 out of 10
Add the prepared orange zest to the semi-finished jam, mix thoroughly and return to the stove, cook again for about 20 minutes.
step 10 out of 10
Pour the finished delicacy (the jam is liquid only while it is hot) into pre-sterilized jars and roll it up. We leave it on the table until it cools completely and then put it away in storage. Bon Appetit!
