Jam from ranetki at home for the winter

The difference between "ranetochny" jam and jam made from ordinary apples is obvious - the taste is very different. Paradise apples are distinguished by their sweet and sour taste and tart astringent consistency, which is what makes the workpieces from this variety so unusually tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
It is worth starting with the fact that the fruits must be sorted out and all spoiled areas must be removed, worm-eaten and rinsed thoroughly.
step 2 out of 7
Next, we cut the fruit at random, it is better to do this in such a way that it is convenient to cut the core together with the seeds.
step 3 out of 7
Transfer the prepared apples to an enamel pot or basin, add 500-600 milliliters of boiled water and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes after boiling. During this time, the apples should boil and become very soft.
step 4 out of 7
Remove the basin from the heat and interrupt the mass directly in the basin until smooth using a hand blender.
step 5 out of 7
Pour sugar into the resulting puree and stir thoroughly until the crystals are completely dissolved.
step 6 out of 7
We return the mass to the stove and simmer until the volume is almost halved and thickened. This usually takes about 40-60 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Pour the finished jam into sterile jars, roll it up and, after cooling, put it in a dark place. Bon Appetit!
