Rhubarb and orange jam

The orange rhubarb jam deserves to be made. It will delight you with its not sugary sweet taste, subtle sourness and fresh citrus aroma.

Peel the rhubarb stalks from the thin and delicate peel, rinse and cut into pieces.

Put the saucepan on low heat and simmer the jam within 15 minutes from the beginning of the boil.
