Rhubarb jam for the winter

Rhubarb root contains many useful vitamins, which are very easy to preserve for the winter by preparing a few jars of aromatic jam. Such a delicacy can be served with tea, used as fillings and even medicine.

Rhubarb roots are thoroughly washed and allowed to dry. Then we cut them to a length of about 1-2 cm.

Fill the chopped rhubarb roots with granulated sugar and leave overnight to let the rhubarb juice.

Now put the pan with rhubarb and sugar on the stove and after boiling, cook for another 20 minutes. over low heat. Let the jam cool completely and repeat the cooking process two more times.
