Jam from plums and apples

Thick and aromatic plum-apple jam with citrus aroma will preserve a piece of summer and give you an amazing taste. Even with a bite with a cup of tea, it's amazing. You can also spread it on a fresh loaf sandwich or use it as a filling in pies.

Rinse the plums well and place them on a paper towel to dry slightly. Remove the bones from it and cut each into several pieces. Place the berries in a saucepan.
