We thoroughly wash the strawberries from the sand, remove the stalks and let the berries dry.

Using a blender, grind the berries in mashed potatoes. And add sugar and citric acid.

Put the saucepan with the strawberry mass on the stove and bring it to a boil. Then we reduce the heat and cook for another 20-25 minutes. We make sure that the jam is quite thick.
