One of the ways to harvest blackberries as a healthy and tasty berry is to roll compote from it. Berries of any variety, both garden and forest, are suitable for him. We cook without sterilization and by the method of a single pouring with sugar syrup, as a result of which the berries retain their shape well and have a rich dark red color. Blackberries from compote can not only be eaten, but also used to decorate homemade baked goods.

To prepare blackberry compote without sterilization, select firm, ripe and undamaged berries. Measure out the amount of sugar, lemon and water indicated in the recipe for one 3-liter can. Sterilize the jar and lid in advance in any way.
