Hedgehogs and minced meat with rice and cabbage - a delicious and satisfying dish for the whole family. Especially it will appeal to those who love cabbage rolls. When the rice and cabbage are boiled, the dish will really look like hedgehogs - hence the name. The use of sour cream dressing gives the finished dish an amazing and delicate taste.
