Hedgehogs with rice is a dish that many people know and love since childhood. The rice that is part of the dish is boiled and resembles the thorns of a hedgehog. Therefore, this meat dish has such an interesting name. By themselves, minced meat hedgehogs with rice turn out to be satisfying, they are suitable for any side dish. And the gravy will make them even more tasty and aromatic.

Put the minced meat in a deep container. You can use any minced meat according to your own taste.
