Stuffed nests of pasta with minced meat

Nest macaroni are very popular mainly for the speed of preparation. They are prepared and served with various fillings: minced meat, fish, vegetables and mushrooms. This recipe is the basis of this dish. Knowing it, you can experiment with your favorite ingredients.

Place the pasta nests in a deep ovenproof baking dish. The height of the sides of the form should be at least 1 cm higher than the pasta blanks.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop into small cubes.

Transfer the minced meat to a separate deep bowl and add the chopped onion to it.

Sprinkle the minced meat to your liking with salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly.

Place the prepared minced meat with a spoon in the pasta nests, placing the filling inside the nest and without a slide on top.

Pour clean water into the mold for the pasta nests so that the nests are completely submerged in the water. Salt the water as for regular pasta.
