Stuffed zucchini on the grill

The season of picnics and family trips to the countryside will begin soon. I want to share a great recipe that will be a great alternative to kebabs. The dish turns out to be fragrant, very juicy and together with a side dish of vegetables. Vegetables can be selected as you wish.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash bell peppers and zucchini thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Rinse the parsley and shake off excess moisture.
step 2 out of 9
Chop the fat tail with a knife or pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onions, rinse under water and chop with a sharp knife. Put chopped fat tail fat and onions into a bowl with the minced meat.
step 3 out of 9
Add cumin, black pepper, ground coriander and table salt.
step 4 out of 9
Stir the minced meat thoroughly and then beat it off. This will take approximately 20 minutes. Then place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. In the meantime, make a fire and let the coals burn
step 5 out of 9
Trim the ends of the courgettes, cut into several pieces to make kegs. Remove the core with a teaspoon. Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and core, and then trim the top and bottom.
step 6 out of 9
Finely chop the parsley.
step 7 out of 9
Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator and add chopped greens to it. Mix thoroughly.
step 8 out of 9
Stuff the zucchini and bell pepper kegs with cooked juicy minced meat, and then pierce the center with skewers so that the filling does not fall out.
step 9 out of 9
Put skewers with stuffed vegetables on the prepared grill, cook a fragrant dish for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve ready-made delicious vegetables on skewers.

Bon Appetit!
