Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We wash the zucchini, dry it, cut off the ends and remove the peel with a knife for peeling vegetables.
step 2 out of 7
We cut the zucchini into circles one and a half to two centimeters thick. Cut out the middle with the seeds with a knife or take out with a spoon.
step 3 out of 7
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add one egg, salt, ground black pepper and garlic passed through a press. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
step 4 out of 7
Fry the minced meat in a pan over medium temperature until half cooked, let it cool slightly. Then spread the minced meat with a spoon into the zucchini rings and press it down a little on top to tamp it.
step 5 out of 7
Pour two tablespoons of flour into a separate flat plate.
step 6 out of 7
Pour the remaining two tablespoons of flour, two eggs, sour cream, a pinch of salt into another bowl. Mix everything together until completely homogeneous with a whisk.
step 7 out of 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Dip the stuffed zucchini rings in batter on both sides, then roll them in flour and immediately put them in hot oil. Fry the zucchini on each side for four to five minutes over medium-low temperature. Remove the finished zucchini from the pan and dry with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot or cold.

Bon Appetit!
