We wash the squids with water, clean the surface, remove the internal cartilage. Remove the transparent film from the inside and outside from the pulp. We leave the carcasses intact. Place the squid in a bowl, add salt, dried garlic and paprika to them. Mix well with your hands and leave to marinate for fifteen to twenty minutes.
