Grilled stuffed mushrooms

Stuffed champignons on the grill are a universal dish. It can be used as a snack, as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetables, as a main dish with herbs or any side dish. One way or another, stuffed champignons are a delicious and aromatic dish with a smoke.

Rinse the champignons, dry on a kitchen towel. Remove the foil from the mushroom caps, as well as the legs, so that there is room for the filling. Leave the legs, they will still be useful to us.

Peel the garlic, grate on a fine grater. Put peeled mushrooms and garlic into a plastic bag. Add mayonnaise to the bag, mix everything gently.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Grind also the left mushroom legs. Cut the raw smoked sausages into small cubes. Wash the tomato, dry it and also chop finely.

In a deep bowl, mix onion, mushrooms, sausage, tomato. Wash the parsley and green onions, dry and chop finely. Add herbs to the rest of the ingredients, mix everything thoroughly.
