Sterilization of workpieces is a long and time-consuming process with an already long preparation time. In this recipe, we will consider one of the ways to prepare stuffed peppers for the winter without sterilizing the finished product. This appetizer perfectly complements the table and serves as a good dish for strong drinks.

Rinse and process one and a half liter jars with boiling water.

Place cloves, allspice and black pepper, dill seeds, some parsley and chopped chili on the bottom of each container.

Process the carrots and garlic and cut into wedges.

Cut the washed tomatoes into about two thirds and insert the carrot and garlic cloves into the cut.

While you are processing vegetables, put water on the fire to boil.

Tamp the stuffed tomatoes tightly into the jars and pour the workpiece with boiling water, then cover with lids. Leave the jars in this position for half an hour. Then drain the water, boil and re-pour into the jars. Cover the lids again and leave the jars for another half hour.

For the third time, drain the water, add salt, sugar, vinegar and bring to a boil.

Pour the brine into the jars for the last time and immediately roll up the blank with sterile lids. Allow the jars to cool upside down, then store them for long-term storage.
