Korean Stuffed Green Tomatoes

Green tomatoes are a great product for making a variety of snacks. Depending on the added spices and other accompanying ingredients, the final flavor of these vegetables varies quite a bit. For lovers of savory snacks and Korean dishes, according to this recipe, we suggest preparing stuffed green tomatoes for the winter. The characteristic hint of coriander and the sharpness of chili give this appetizer a special taste.

Rinse green tomatoes thoroughly with running water. We dry it. It is better to choose fruits of approximately the same size. The footprint of the stalk can be omitted. On the opposite side of the trace, we make a rather deep cross-shaped incision on each tomato. It is important to cut the fruit so that it can be opened to place the filling, but the parts of the tomato must not disintegrate.
