Put the sliced fillet in a deep dish, put onion rings to it and pour the calculated amount of potato starch. Add salt and spices to your liking. We don't add a lot of spices to the turkey, because the meat is tasty in itself and does not need flavor enhancers. You can add a little thyme, paprika, basil and a mixture of peppers.
