Real Finnish berry pies are usually prepared with blueberries and a mixture of wheat and rye flour, but lingonberries with their tart and slightly bitter taste will give home-baked lovers new taste sensations. A pie in the form of a tart is being prepared, on shortbread dough and lingonberry filling is complemented with sour cream filling.

Put butter softened at home temperature in a bowl for kneading dough, add sugar to it and beat with a mixer. Then add the chicken egg and beat again.

Pour the amount of dry ingredients specified in the recipe into a separate bowl: starch, flour, baking powder and cardamom. Mix them with a spoon.

Then pour dry ingredients into the oil mixture and quickly knead the dough. It should be soft in texture, so you can add a little more flour.
