Grilled trout is very simple to cook, but it turns out incredibly tasty. Especially if the fish is fresh. But even if the carcass is thawed, the dish will definitely delight you. The marinade recipe is the simplest. Marinating time - from twenty minutes to a couple of hours. The longer, the more aromatic and rich in spices the trout turns out.

We clean the trout from the scales, cut the abdomen and remove all the insides. Leave the head, tail and fins. We thoroughly rinse the peeled carcasses. Dry them with paper towels. Sprinkle the fish with salt inside and outside and put it in a tight bag. Option with a package - to save time, because then you do not have to wash the dishes after pickling. In addition, the bag can be tied tightly, and the aromas of fish and garlic will not penetrate the neighboring foods.
