The recipe is economical, such bread can be made during the fast, since the meaty foods are excluded from the ingredients. Knead bread with sourdough and wheat flour with the addition of rye.

When the sourdough is right, you can start making bread. Pour 160 ml of water, vegetable oil and sourdough into a bucket of a bread machine. To make the bread airy, sift the flour twice on a sieve and pour into a bucket. Add the right amount of salt and sugar.
