It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple recipe for French fluffy bread made in a bread maker. Aromatic pastries are airy, porous and soft. Be sure to make such a piece of bread, and your family will be delighted!

Combine soft cottage cheese, powdered milk, warm drinking water, salt and granulated sugar in a small container. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add premium wheat flour and instant dry yeast, pre-sifted through a fine sieve. Close the lid of the bread maker. Select the French Bread program on the appliance panel, the crust is medium. Click the "Start" button.
