Raspberry Fruit Jelly

Raspberry Fruit Jelly is a wonderful dessert that everyone will enjoy. You can safely experiment with jelly, leaving the raspberry base and adding various berries and fruits. This recipe involves using raspberries as a base and adding orange and lemon juice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Leaf gelatin should be soaked in cold water for 5-10 minutes. After that, clear and elastic gelatin should be thoroughly dried with a paper towel to get rid of excess liquid.
step 2 out of 9
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from each half. This will make 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
step 3 out of 9
Leave a small amount of raspberries to decorate the finished jelly. Place the remaining raspberries in a blender bowl and chop until puree. After that, the berry mass should be wiped through a fine sieve.
step 4 out of 9
Pour the resulting raspberry mixture into a convenient container. Add lemon juice (1 tbsp. L.) And powdered sugar here. We mix everything so that the mass is homogeneous.
step 5 out of 9
Squeeze juice from oranges. To make jelly, you need 100-150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
step 6 out of 9
Pour orange juice into a saucepan, add the remaining lemon juice (1 tablespoon) to it. We put the saucepan with the contents on low heat and bring to a boil.
step 7 out of 9
Remove the saucepan with hot juice from the heat, add sheet gelatin and stir, thereby completely dissolving the gelatin. If the juice contains bones, you can pass it through a sieve.
step 8 out of 9
Pour a small amount of cider into the raspberry puree. After mixing, add orange juice with gelatin here. Continuously stirring, pour in the remaining cider. It should be noted that cider can be safely replaced with champagne or sparkling wine. To make jelly, you can also use regular apple juice as a liquid base.
step 9 out of 9
Distribute the resulting fruit-raspberry mass into molds or glasses and put in the refrigerator to solidify.
Garnish with fresh raspberries when ready.

Enjoy your meal!
