Korean spicy vegetable salad with clear noodles will help you out when you want to surprise or pamper with something new and feed at the same time. The dish looks very appetizing, but it is absolutely not difficult to prepare. Prepare this salad in advance, it is even better in the evening, so that it has time to infuse

Remove the skins from the vegetables and wash them under running water. Grate the carrots as for Korean carrots and fry in a small amount of oil. Cut the onion into thin quarters and fry separately until soft and transparent. Grate the garlic or pass through a press.

Pour water into a saucepan, boil and put funchose in it, stir and turn off the burner. Leave it in hot water for 3 minutes.

Dip the funchose into a colander and rinse under cold water. Stir to drain the water and place the noodles on a plate. Add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and stir so that it does not stick together.

In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce and vinegar, seasoning and garlic, and mix well. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. butter and stir again.

Transfer the carrots and onions to the frunchose.

Add the sauce and stir gently. Add a little salt if desired. Cover a plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for 3 hours or overnight. Before serving, place the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, heat it over medium heat and lower the temperature. Stir it all the time and fry until a pleasant golden brown. Place the sesame seeds in a bowl, cool and sprinkle on the salad.
