A quick side dish with vegetables in 10 minutes? Of course! It's funchose! A wonderful dish that combines noodles, a huge variety of vegetables and a wonderful sauce. Such a side dish will please even a very fastidious gourmet. It is worth adding a little meat or seafood to our dish - and you have a full-fledged hearty lunch on your table.

We wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and grate for vegetables along with the skin.

Heat the wok and pour vegetable oil into it. We clean the carrots, wash and rub on a vegetable grater. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into thin half rings. Put carrots and onions in a wok and fry.

After a couple of minutes, add zucchini and chopped bell peppers to the vegetables. Fry for a couple of minutes.

Put the funchoza in a deep bowl and fill it with boiling water, leave for 2-3 minutes. Then we put it in a colander so that the glass is water. As soon as the glass is water, put the funchose in the wok. Add salt and spices, soy sauce, mix all the ingredients well. Fry funchose with vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
