Dungan funchoza with meat

In Kyrgyzstan, this dish is served as the main one. Dungan funchoza is prepared with beef and vegetables. Meat and vegetables are stewed and then combined with noodles, this dish is eaten with vinegar.

Cut the meat into thin strips, fry it until tender.

Cut the onion into half rings, add it to the meat and fry until transparent. Add coriander and paprika, stir.

Grate carrots on a Korean grater, put in a pan with meat and onions, fry together for 5-7 minutes.
