Delicate funchose with fried vegetables and sweet sauce turns out to be very aromatic and juicy. This version of the Chinese dish has taken root very well among Slavic food lovers. The combination of sweet taste with vegetables, shrimps and mushrooms is unusual, but very tasty. Definitely worth a try.

We prepare products for cooking. Wash the bell pepper, dry it and clean it from the stalk and seeds. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut into slices. We clean the shrimp from the shell, head and intestinal vessel.

Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into a deep frying pan and heat it until hot. Put chopped bell pepper and fry on medium-high temperature for one and a half to two minutes. Add champignon slices, peeled shrimps, stir and fry for another two minutes.

In a separate container, mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, runny honey, ketchup and the remaining spoonful of olive oil. Stir until smooth.

Pour ginger, lemongrass and a mixture of Chinese spices for wok dishes into the resulting mixture.

Squeeze the juice out of the orange, filter from the seeds and pour into the resulting sauce, mix. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with vegetables and shrimps, stir and continue stewing for five minutes. We remove from the stove.

Pour boiling water over the funchoza and keep it according to the time on the package. Strain the finished noodles from the liquid and add to the pan to the rest of the ready-made ingredients. Mix with a spatula and fork.

Rinse the avocado, dry it and cut it in half. Remove the bone and peel it off with a knife. Cut the pulp into cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice to avoid browning.

Put ready-made noodles with vegetables and shrimps on portioned plates, put slices of avocado next to it. Serve hot.
