Funchoza PP

A quick and healthy option for making the popular bean noodles. Since funchose has almost no taste, it perfectly absorbs third-party odors. To add flavor to the dish, we will add broccoli and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Pour fresh or thawed broccoli inflorescences into a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. After boiling begins, cook for another 1 minute, then discard in a colander.
step 2 out of 4
Sort the champignons, wash, throw into the broccoli broth, and cook after boiling for another 5 minutes, then squeeze and put in a bowl. Separately, in a saucepan or skillet, combine soy sauce, water, lemon juice, olive oil, finely grated ginger, curry and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes, remembering to stir. Then put vegetables and mushrooms in the resulting sauce. Cook over low heat for another 2 minutes. Remove from the stove, cover the saucepan with a lid and let it stand for a while so that the piece combines all tastes and aromas.
step 3 out of 4
Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the vermicelli for 5 minutes, then put it on a sieve.
step 4 out of 4
Put the funchose in a saucepan with the mushrooms and broccoli in the sauce, mix thoroughly, close the lid again and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let it brew a little more. Arrange the dish on plates and eat immediately.

Bon Appetit!
