Prepare the necessary ingredients for a healthy funchose.

Pour boiling water over the funchoza for a few minutes. Drain the finished funchose through a colander or sieve.

Wash and peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot shredder or cut into thin strips. Place in a salad bowl.

Wash and dry cucumbers thoroughly. Chop in the same way as carrots. Send to the salad bowl with the carrots.
