Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Put the dried shiitake mushrooms in a bowl and fill with cold water for 2 hours to soak. Then we drain the water, rinse the mushrooms well under running water and cut into pieces. Remember that for shiitake mushrooms we only take caps for cooking.
step 2 out of 6
We clean carrots and garlic. Chop the carrots into thin sticks, and cut the garlic into slices.
step 3 out of 6
Heat a skillet with olive oil well and fry the chopped shiitake for 5 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and carrots to the mushrooms and, stirring regularly, fry the mushrooms with vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.
step 4 out of 6
We put the funchoza in a deep dish, as it increases its volume when absorbing liquid, and we cook it as written on the package, or boil it in water, or fill it with boiling water for 10 minutes. We do not stir the funchoza during cooking, so as not to damage it.
step 5 out of 6
We put the funchoza in a frying pan to the shiitake with vegetables, add soy sauce, vinegar and a teaspoon of sesame oil. Gently mix all the ingredients and fry over high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Transfer the cooked funchose with shiitake mushrooms to a portioned plate and serve.

Bon Appetit!
