Funchoza with turkey and vegetables

I propose to cook funchose with turkey. The dish turns out to be dietary and balanced due to the use of turkey fillets and a large amount of vegetables in the preparation.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare the turkey fillet marinade. In a small bowl, place half of the required amount of honey, add half the soy sauce, add half the coriander seeds. Stir and grate the fillet with the resulting marinade. Tighten with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
step 2 out of 9
Wash cucumbers, carrots and green onions well. Peel the carrots with a peeler. Using a Korean carrot grater, grate the cucumbers and carrots, only the white part is needed from the onion. Cut it into strips. Place the vegetables in a deep bowl. Add remaining honey, soy sauce, and coriander. Stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
step 3 out of 9
Remove the marinated fillet from the refrigerator, cut into thin slices.
step 4 out of 9
Preheat the pan well. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil, add the turkey fillets and fry for about 10 minutes.
step 5 out of 9
In the meantime, place the funchose in pre-prepared boiling water for a few minutes, then drain and rinse with drinking water. Cut the finished funchose into smaller pieces.
step 6 out of 9
Put funchose with the finished turkey and mix.
step 7 out of 9
Remove the pickled vegetables from the refrigerator.
step 8 out of 9
Put funchose with turkey on vegetables and mix thoroughly.
step 9 out of 9
Divide the finished funchose into portions and enjoy.

Bon Appetit!
