Funchoza with shrimp and vegetables is an incredibly simple and tasty dish that is perfect for a dinner party. It is very easy to make and disappears from plates incredibly quickly! Terrific mouth-watering delicacy!

Fry the shrimps in vegetable oil until they turn pale pink from glass.

Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater. Saute the carrots in olive oil.
