Funchoza with shrimps in a pan

Funchoza - rice noodles, a dish of Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other Asian cuisines. The dish is prepared with vegetables, served with meat, seafood or mushrooms. This appetizing dish is great both hot and cold.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for funchose with vegetables and shrimps.

Take a deep container and put the funchose there. Pour boiling water over and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then drain and rinse with drinking water.

Wash carrots and bell peppers thoroughly. Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut into thin long strips. Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds and also cut into long strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings.
