We wash the chicken, remove the film and cut into small pieces. Fry until lightly ruddy in olive oil.

Peel the carrots, wash and rub with a Korean or regular grater, but on a larger scale. Add to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the bell pepper into pieces and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into thin strips and place them in the main dish.
