Funchoza is most often prepared with chicken and vegetables. The dish is low in calories and at the same time hearty and tasty. In this recipe, it is proposed to pre-marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 3 hours, and then fry it with the addition of wine, which will give the dish a subtle alluring note. Fresh cucumber and green onions are added to the prepared dish for a fresh taste.

Cooking process
Marinate the chicken in advance. To do this, rinse the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Transfer it to a shallow dish and cover with soy sauce so that the meat is completely covered with it. Cover the dishes with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Stir the meat several times during marinating so that it is salted evenly.
Then transfer the chopped bell peppers to the meat and add the sesame seeds. Fry the chicken and pepper over high heat for 10-15 minutes and stir constantly. After 10 minutes, add white wine to the meat, mix everything and fry for the same amount of time until the chicken is ready. Be sure to taste the meat to determine the readiness.
Wash the green onions and cucumbers and chop them. Transfer the chopped funchose to the pan to the meat, add chopped green onions and fresh cucumber. Sprinkle the dish with black pepper and mix everything. Then turn off the heat, cover the frying pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes so that the funchose is saturated with the aromas of meat and vegetables. Put the finished dish in portioned plates, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and serve.
