Funchoza with chicken breast in soy sauce

Funchoza is rice noodles that have no flavor of their own. Therefore, it is often prepared with vegetables with the addition of various meat, mushroom, and seafood fillings. Funchoza is usually eaten in Asian countries, adding all kinds of hot spices and sauces.

Prepare the required ingredients in advance. Wash bell peppers of different colors, remove the core with seeds. Take half of the bell pepper and cut into thin slices.

Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms. Cut into small pieces. Pour a small amount of sunflower and sesame oil in a 1: 1 ratio into a deep frying pan. Add the chopped ingredients and, stirring constantly, fry for about 10 minutes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters. Place in a skillet, add bell pepper and fry for a couple of minutes.

Wash the leeks and cut into thin rings, send to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into thin slices and place in the pan. Add sesame seeds, spices and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. In the meantime, place the funchose in pre-prepared boiling water for a couple of minutes, then drain and rinse with drinking water.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Transfer the cooked rice noodles to the pan, add the garlic and sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Divide the finished funchose into portions and enjoy.
