Funchoza with meat

Funchoza with any meat is just the perfect dish for dinner or a quick bite, but it can also be served as one of the salads on the festive table. If you are lucky enough to buy a pack of funchose, which is not difficult to do in almost any large supermarket, then by all means prepare such a salad, it will not require any supernatural efforts from you, but the result will pleasantly surprise you!

Cut the meat into small cubes or thin strips.

Fry it over high heat for a couple of minutes to form a crust on all sides. Then add a little boiling water to the meat and simmer under a lid over low heat for at least a quarter of an hour.

Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into half rings.

Grate the carrots on a regular coarse grater or chop on a Korean carrot grater.

Add a little vegetable oil to the meat and add chopped vegetables, then simmer everything until tender, which will take you 10-15 minutes.
