Funchoza is also called "glass noodles"; during the cooking process, it becomes almost transparent. Funchose does not have its own pronounced taste, so it is great for preparing various dishes with vegetables, meat and fish.

Wash the vegetables and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the husk from the onion, cut it into half rings. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and partitions, chop the pulp into strips. Cut the cucumber into strips, chop the celery in the same way.

Pour boiling water over the funchoza, leave for 10 minutes, transfer it to a colander and rinse with cool water.
