Funchoza with mushrooms

This recipe for a healthy salad without oil with noodles, mushrooms and peppers. Funchoza itself has no taste, but it perfectly imbues the taste, aroma and juice of products.

Place the funchoza in a deep bowl and pour cold water into it. Leave it on for 40 minutes. Then, transfer to a towel and let it dry.
