Peel the carrots, rinse and cut into thin strips. We wash the pepper and clean it from the seeds, cut out the stalk. Cut into strips similarly to carrots. Cut the peeled onions into thin semicircles. Chop the garlic into small crumbs with a knife. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until hot. Put chopped vegetables in it, mix and fry at high temperature for 3-5 minutes. Cooked vegetables should be crispy.
