Funchoza is a very successful type of noodle. It perfectly absorbs the taste and aroma of related products. At the same time, it does not change its appearance and texture at all when it is in the sauce for a long time, as is the case with classic pasta, for example. It is very important to prepare a high-quality, tasty sauce, which would not only add juiciness to the finished dish, but also become the main accent in the composition. In this recipe, we prepare the sauce sweet and sour: in combination with funchose and pieces of tender chicken breast, it shows all facets of taste and successfully sets off each ingredient.
Ingredients
Cooking process
We wash the red bell pepper, dry it and clean it from seeds and stalks. Cut the flesh of the pepper into thin strips. Add the strips of pepper to the pan to the chicken and stir. Immediately after the pepper, pour in the soy sauce, put in the ketchup and add 100 ml. water. Stir everything together and cook for ten minutes on medium-high heat so that the sauce partially evaporates the moisture.
Now we prepare funchose according to the instructions on the package. There are two options for such noodles: instant cooking and full cooking. In order not to be mistaken with the method and cooking time, you should carefully read the information on the package. We throw the prepared funchose into a colander so that the excess liquid after cooking can drain completely. Then we lay out the noodles on portioned plates, on top of it we spread the sweet and sour sauce with chicken. Sprinkle the surface with white sesame seeds. Alternatively, a small amount of crushed peanuts can be used instead of or with sesame seeds. Serve funchose in sauce immediately after cooking, until the dish has time to cool.
Bon Appetit!
