If you want to surprise your guests with an unusual and at the same time simple dish, then this recipe is for your occasion. Deep-fried funchoza cooks very quickly. These noodles can be served as a separate appetizer with various sauces, or as a side dish for vegetarian dishes.

Pour vegetable oil into a convenient heat-resistant container and set on fire. The oil should be hot. If there is no kitchen thermometer in the arsenal, then you can use the following method: throw a sprig of funchose into the oil, at the proper temperature it will increase in size and fry in seconds.

We divide the funchoza with a knife or scissors into pieces (about 10 cm each). If the finished funchose will act as a snack, then it can be divided into smaller pieces - about 5 cm.

When the oil is at the right temperature, carefully put the funchose into the oil and hold for a few seconds, then use a slotted spoon or other convenient device to remove the funchose from the oil. 1-2 seconds is enough for the noodles to swell and grow 3-4 times in size.

We spread the finished funchose on a paper napkin - this will help get rid of excess oil. Season funchose with salt and pepper. Then we serve.
