The classic gazpacho is a traditional Spanish dish served chilled. Gazpacho is made from tomatoes and red bell peppers. Today I suggest making an Italian gazpacho.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the gazpacho.

Peel the red onion and chop coarsely. Rinse and peel the celery stalk, cut randomly. Rinse the basil greens thoroughly and dry.

Rinse the tomatoes and bell peppers. Peel the bell peppers from seeds and core, remove the stalks from the tomatoes. Cut the prepared vegetables into several pieces.
