Gazpacho with green tomatoes

A traditional Spanish dish for the second is prepared with tomatoes. Using green fruits will make gazpacho even more original. The rich color and pleasant sourness of the soup will delight you in warm weather.

Rub the bread with garlic, saturate with olive oil and leave for a while.

Scald green tomatoes in boiling water and peel them off. Then cut into 4 pieces and take out the core. Free the pepper from seeds and chop.

Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions in a blender until smooth. Beat the bread in oil separately with vinegar, salt and garlic. Then mix both mixtures until smooth. Leave to cool in the refrigerator
