Gazpacho classic Spanish recipe

Gazpacho is a classic Spanish dish that is served cold. The main ingredient is tomatoes. A light, aromatic soup can be served with dinner. It is not at all difficult to please yourself with an original popular recipe.

Place the salt and peeled garlic cloves in a mortar. Crush, then add the broken bread slices. We crush again to the state of gruel.

Pour olive oil into this mixture in a thin stream, mix, cover and leave to infuse.

Peel and chop the onion. Put it in a deep plate, fill it with wine vinegar.
