Gazpacho strawberry

I suggest making an unusual strawberry gazpacho with an interesting combination of ingredients. A chilled dish turns out to be fragrant and perfectly refreshing on a hot day. Choose fleshy tomatoes for the dish, they will give the gazpacho a thick, puree-like texture.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Prepare the required ingredients for the strawberry gazpacho. Choose sweet varieties of strawberries. Sort out the strawberries, wash thoroughly and let dry. Rinse fleshy tomatoes and basil greens well and then dry. If you wish, you can peel the tomatoes. Save a few strawberries for garnish.
step 2 out of 4
Cut the prepared food into several pieces. Place the chopped ingredients and basil leaves in a blender bowl and grind until smooth. Add the required amount of lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper to the beaten mass. Stir well or beat again with a blender.
step 3 out of 4
Place the finished strawberry gazpacho in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool. Arrange the chilled gazpacho on plates. Garnish portions with basil leaves.
step 4 out of 4
Cut the remaining strawberries into thin slices. Get creative and decorate a refreshing dish with strawberry petals. A light dish is great for a late dinner and will not harm your figure. If you like spicy or, conversely, do not like it, adjust the amount of Tabasco sauce. If you don't have a sauce, you can do without it.

Bon Appetit!
