Delicious PP version of gazpacho soup for those who wish to shed those extra pounds. The whole dish consists of healthy vegetables, herbs and olive oil. The soup contains a small amount of calories, but at the same time it saturates well for 2-3 hours.

Wash vegetables thoroughly and dry on a thin kitchen towel.

Chop the tomatoes, cutting out the white part. Cut the cucumbers into slices, chop the onion. Chop garlic, green onions. Place everything in a blender bowl.

Grind the soup until puree, salt and pepper, pour in olive oil. Punch again with a blender until smooth.
