Gazpacho with bread

I love various soups, I often experiment and come up with something new, but I give a special place to cold soups. I want to share a recipe for gazpacho with black bread. This cold soup will perfectly help you out and saturate you in the hot season and does not take much time. I love such simple recipes and share with you.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Prepare the necessary ingredients for gazpacho with bread. Thoroughly rinse tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers, parsley under running water and let them dry.
step 2 out of 10
Make cross cuts on the tomatoes.
step 3 out of 10
Pour them with pre-prepared boiling water for just a minute and immediately transfer them to ice water, gently peel the skin.
step 4 out of 10
Peel the garlic and cut into several pieces. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and core, cut into several parts. Choose chili peppers according to your preference. Chop the parsley with a knife.
step 5 out of 10
Put prepared vegetables and parsley in a blender bowl.
step 6 out of 10
Grind until smooth. Squeeze out the required amount of lemon juice, add dry basil, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly by using the blender again. If the consistency is too thick, add some drinking water and stir.
step 7 out of 10
If you want a smooth consistency, strain the gazpacho through a fine sieve. And then place in the refrigerator to cool for about 1 hour.
step 8 out of 10
Cut black bread into slices, cut off the crust, and then cut into medium-sized cubes.
step 9 out of 10
Preheat the skillet well. Season the bread squares with salt and pepper, add a couple of drops of olive oil if desired, stir and place in a preheated pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
step 10 out of 10
Transfer the chilled gazpacho to a deep bowl. Serve garnished with toasted bread squares and a sprig of fresh herbs.

Bon Appetit!
