Gazpacho is a popular Spanish dish that has many variations in its preparation and turns out to be a masterpiece every time! Today we will cook gazpacho with crab - it will turn out healthy, fresh and nutritious!

We wash the tomatoes, put them in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 1-2 minutes and then drain the water. Immediately fill the tomatoes with cold water, and then remove the peel from them. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes, put them in a bowl. Coarse bread must be broken into pieces, sprinkled with lemon juice and put on a plate with tomatoes.

We wash the bell pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Then cut into large cubes and put in a plate with tomatoes and bread.
